Back in September I decided to surprise one of my long time friends for his 40th birthday. Given he lives near D.C., and I had never been, it was an easy decision. I had just purchased a Sony a6000 camera for my wife for her trip to Italy and I figured I would take it along with me on my expedition to the Capitol.
The images below were some of my favorite from my time in D.C. and were all taken with my Sony a99 or my wife’s Sony a6000. You would be hard pressed to pick which images were from which camera, and for that reason I give the a6000 many praises!
Although the weather wasn’t optimum, I toughed it out and made the best of it.
